Tastefully decorated, all the rooms feature free WiFi and a TV. The location is much calmer and more local than the tourist areas and traps. It was in an area that was surrounded by local stores and restaurants without the hordes of crowds and tourist prices. The staff was warm and welcoming. Just front office, although they are professional, they just need to inject some warmth and wel one in their demeanor.

The Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The area was great with many things within walking distance including the Niagra Falls. The view from the room was amazing, the facility was clean. There was a Starbucks inside, along with a wonderful restaurant. There was also a gym with everything needed for a light workout, an indoor pool & in-house spa (that was also spectacular). I'd definitely recommend & would also return on any future trips to the Niagra region.

All essential amenities were provided, and everything was in excellent working condition.

Connected to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, this hotel features views of the Niagara Falls. It offers on-site dining, shopping, and spa treatments. The rooms boast a 37-inch flat-screen TV. Me and my friend had a nice stay at the hotel. It’s so close to everything, I like that there is a juice bar and Starbucks in the lobby, convenient and you have choices. The room is clean and tidy spacious. Powerful shower head, shampoo n soap are filled full. Nice and quiet at night. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Was rushing to the train station, the staff helped me to get a taxi right away👍🏻
