Good location, 10 mins drive to Seven Rila Lakes Chairlift station and right opposite a beautiful forest. Our experience with both the front desk and restaurant staff are great. Breakfast is varied and lots to offer. We asked for lower floor to minimize lugging of bags upstairs since there’s no elevator. The view from the room is still fantastic despite the lower floor. Room is clean and more spacious than expected.

Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Freshly renovated rooms, with everything you need. Food was nice and you had many choices. Gondola was very close. It was quiet at night, you could maybe hear other people walking in the corridors, but that was ok.

An ideal place for a vacation. We came with cars but the hotel's transfer is very accessible and recommended. We would love to come back

During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. We were in the villa. We loved the design, the colors, and the outdoor pool with fun background music.
