Room was excellent. A very good size with an equally well-sized bathroom. Hotel has a nice vibe, layout is well done with restaurant tables nicely spaced. Decor is very agreeable. Walking distance to city centre is very doable. In winter one is right next the Hahnekamm lift. And again a nice check-out done by front-desk staff... Not going to happen, but bet the hotel is vey nice for a winter ski-vacation.
