Located in a quiet, peaceful side of town. Spacious rooms and Clean facilities. Liked that everything was working including DSTV. Our host Gugu was very friendly and patient with us, gave us a quick tour of the property we ended up changing our booking to a bigger room. Breakfast was amazing, liked the garden view from our room as well. Definitely good value for money, will be back soon.

I really enjoyed my stay because the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, which made my stay relaxing. I also appreciated the quiet environment and the convenient location, as it was close to shops and transport. Excellent garden and swimming pool. The place is so clean that one wishes to visit and stay there every week. It is home away from home. Facilities are first class - product offering well beyond the rate charged!!

I last stayed here in 2000. It has had a lot of refurbishment since, and added extra facilities, although I didn't use any of them - gym, conference centre etc. Swimming pool was good. Staff were great. Location is a short taxi ride from the centre of Bulawayo - which is nice to walk around and explore. Aircon worked fine, they had butter at breakfast, whereas the Holiday Inn in Harare didn't. Stayed 2 separate nights, and was "upgraded" on the second night, although not sure that there was much difference.

Cleanliness and excellent customer care. Property is expansive with indigenous trees - very airy and homely with exquisite outdoor facilities (swimming pool and well appointed gazebos).

The hostess and staff let us know they were there when needed,without being overbearing.The room was super clean and cosy.Breakfast was served at a time convinient to us and not a minute later.The room faces the swimming pool and the view was amazing to wale up to.
