The property is lovely, conveniently located and secure, with a pool and a garden. Imke and Michael are the most wonderful and most genial hosts imaginable :-) Imke makes fantastic breakfasts, Michael's airport shuttle service is invaluable. In fact, I stayed at Die Regte Rede twice (18th - 19th & 28th - 29th November) and would not hesitate to do so again. I am hoping to stay there again next year, but for longer, and also take advantage of some of the local tours Michael operates.

My recent stay at The Jewel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. The hospitality extended to us was truly heartwarming, and we can't thank Ansu enough for making our stay so memorable. The accommodation itself was modern & beautiful, with attention to detail that truly set it apart. The packed breakfast provided was not only delicious but also incredibly convenient, making our mornings a breeze. It's the little touches like this that made our stay so special, mainly because Ansu didn’t have to do it but opted to offer that service to us as we had to leave early everyday. I can't wait to return for another stay. The tranquil atmosphere, the impeccable service, and the overall experience has left a lasting impression on us.

The area where the hotel is located is beautiful. It’s about 10 km / 15 minutes with car to the City. The same to the airport. If you have a car , then this is a top place to stay without any doubt. Cape Town city and the area are fully car friendly, so you have no problem to find parking places. I strongly recommend to rent a car to reach any place you want to go very easy and comfortable. It’s a tiny boutique hotel, I guess around 7 rooms. The room, the bed, is absolutely good. in the room you have also refrigerater, hot cup, Microwave, fresh water, tea coffee, etc. . Full info flyer where to go , how, etc. Even you can order something to eat or nearby is a small shopping mall ( 8 Minutes by walk ) where you can eat or buy something to prepare yourself at the hotel. Cleaning is done every day. laundry service is also available. I could write and write, it wouldn’t be enough to inform you how nice this boutique hotel is. maybe one thing to complain, the door to the toilet was old and not well done ( A sliding door ). Martin , the owner is so friendly and helpful ( he is also preparing breakfast) . I guess if you would have some complaints and Martin couldn’t fix it , he would pay you the rental price back. But there are nearly no complaints to find.. If Cape Town and a car and you are looking for a nice boutique hotel then this is absolutely no 1.

The best stay ever. Alfred the owner is not only friendly but also extremaly helpful. After coming to Budda he gave us a ride around to show what is where and we could do shopping to supply our fridge with food . What morę our fridge was full of vegan snacks. Budda Garden is very beautiful place with a lot of green plants and a small pool. We had a small garden atached to our apartament. At the end of our stay we had some problem with our flight back which was cancelled. Alfred was very kind and patient and brought us to airport and was waiting till the moment we know we are staying at the airport or coming back. We wish we could be back one day and really recommend Buddą Garden 🥰

We liked how welcoming Dale was, he gave us a full tour of the entire property including our cottage. We loved that we had the option to play pool, darts really a amazing place to get away from the world and unwind. We will definitely be going back soon

Very friendly folks. Cosy atmosphere, fence for car protection, close to the airport AND COLD BEER. Tiny room, but all you need. Cute little terrace, tiny pool, very caring owner. Petfriendly!
