We arrived at dusk in a tired and wet state after a sorry experience at a wildlife park on a very rainy day.Dear Leafy gave us such a welcome it helped revive our spirits, just what we needed. Lana showed us around the stunning hotel and our amazing room with spectacular view. We were really looked after. We were able to order a pizza and purchase a bottle of wine. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The staff were friendly and the service exceptional.

To anyone who wants to come here on holiday... do it and you will come back :) I stayed in this beautiful hotel for 12 days with the best service and most friendly people, the great enthusiastic owner and his lovely wife are really super sweet friendly people who always help you with all possible questions and can also give tips for all the beautiful things to see in the area. The breakfast was super extensive, to die for, I could lick my fingers every day :) it was delicious, as well as the room I had the room at the back with a view over the lake, a dream view and so quiet with sometimes some large birds who come to rest in the garden and of course the silence, the peace it was a very pleasant holiday I enjoyed it here from the first to the last minute, they even came to blow me out when I was picked up by taxi in the morning, how sweet, you won't forget this quickly, there is also Gerardt you see who is there for everything and gives all possible advice when the owner is absent, how much I enjoyed it here, I will definitely come back and then we will have a nice meal together, I will treat you in advance and will definitely see you again like real friends, thank you for everything, philip from Belgium

What a lovely place! And what a lovely service! Lana is just such a gentle person that is so much knowledgeable and helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay so much. The view is awesome - both in the morning and also while enjoying a lovely sunset. The view over the lagoon is stunning and over the ocean as well. Breakfast was great (first round lovely fruits with yoghurt and second round the warm breakfast (eggs, etc.)). And also the room/suite had so many lovely details (the packed bag for the beach…). We absolutely recommend staying at this place. FULL SCORE in all dimensions!

To anyone who wants to come here on holiday... do it and you will come back :) I stayed in this beautiful hotel for 12 days with the best service and most friendly people, the great enthusiastic owner and his lovely wife are really super sweet friendly people who always help you with all possible questions and can also give tips for all the beautiful things to see in the area. The breakfast was super extensive, to die for, I could lick my fingers every day :) it was delicious, as well as the room I had the room at the back with a view over the lake, a dream view and so quiet with sometimes some large birds who come to rest in the garden and of course the silence, the peace it was a very pleasant holiday I enjoyed it here from the first to the last minute, they even came to blow me out when I was picked up by taxi in the morning, how sweet, you won't forget this quickly, there is also Gerardt you see who is there for everything and gives all possible advice when the owner is absent, how much I enjoyed it here, I will definitely come back and then we will have a nice meal together, I will treat you in advance and will definitely see you again like real friends, thank you for everything, philip from Belgium

Super clean and beautifull rooms with a nice view of the garden. The view from the outdoor swimming pool is amazing but unfortunetely it was too cold to swim outside. They do have an indoor heated swimming pool as well so that is very nice. The african aromatic massage was really relaxing and good. The breakfast was very good as well as lunch and dinner.

Pezula likely offers best views in Knyssna. The staff, from front desk, spa restaurants are just wonderful and very accommodating. Our 5-year old daughter was offered a massage in a spa which was the highlight of her holidays. The outdoor swimming pool and rooms are excellent. Highly recommend.

The only saving grace was indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, and your staff managed to book us for dinner at 34 on South, otherwise this was just a waste of money.
