The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We had a medical emergency on (a very late) arrival and they were super helpful getting us to a hospital, and checking up on us to make sure all was OK the next morning. For the whole week there, the staff were 1st class. The facilities are also amazing, especially for families.

We loved the fact the hotel was so new. There was so much space to see & do things. The hotel provided a free shuttle service everyday into town, being first timers travelling in Vietnam we made the right choice of this resort and being just out of town. Made us feel very relaxing but were also at arms length to go into town. Also good tip to know, we walked down the front of the hotel to get the shuttle to Vinwonders. Very handy & convenient. The staff were very helpful, even it at times it was difficult language barrier, we were always able to translate what we needed. Yes the hotel is very new and some things weren’t open to its full capacity, but that didn’t bother us at all. We were looking at the resort itself and what we needed in general to have a great time. We stayed for 5 nights, and look forward to coming back again. We had the full board included in our package and highly recommend this, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner all included. If you felt like something different you can always order off the al a carte menu. Great value for money.

If you looking for somewhere quiet to relax, then Ana Mandara is your happy place. Right on the beach, plenty of pool loungers available both by the beach and pool. Water quality in the pool is very good. Everything everywhere spotless. We have a deluxe beach view room B402 and it was nice and big with a separate lounge which was very comfortable. The fruit bowl was a bonus as was the plate knife and fork to eat it with. Bed and pillows very comfortable and large shower. We tried all the restaurants and faultless, especially the choice at breakfast and the added cheese room an unexpected and much used surprise. Staff very friendly, and exceptional service. (a big high five to Cindy for friendliness). I give this hotel 10/10, could not fault

The scenery we looked forward to the most when we thought of Nha Trang. Everything is harmonious and well managed landscaping and beautiful scenery with clean swimming pool in the villa. And the taste and kindness of the La Casa restaurant are deeply memorable. We'll probably come back next year:)

La Casa (Breakfast Restaurant) was very nice. A lots of menu I was able to select and all menu has delicious for our families. Huge size room, beautiful scenery in front of room, well-managed private & public swimming pool and then customer friendly worker.

Beautiful resort, perfect to relax! Garden Villa was spacious, comfortable and clean. Great facilities, nice swimming pools and good food. Staff very friendly and spoke English well. Will definitely go back!

We stayed at the Anam for 5 nights and wish we’d stayed for 5 more. The villa was amazing, the beach pristine and clean, the staff superfriendly and committed, and the food was godlike. Cocktails at the swimming pool, some exercise in the decent-equipped gym, an outdoor movie under the nightsky… perfect spot to unwind!

Very new resort with excellent facilities. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Everything is spotless. I love the swimming pool so much. It's really clean and big. Resort is ocean front with a long lazy river. The landscape is really well maintained and beautiful. The Bai Dai beach is right in the front and is a great beach. Breakfast was excellent.
