The hotel design was gorgeous, very glamorous and tasteful but with a nod to the old style Madrassa arches. Very spacious lobbys and very big rooms with balconies too. The balcony overlooked the central courtyard which was a very relaxing place to have pre-dinner drinks. The bedlinen was very soft and cosy. Bathroom very comfortable. The food was good too. The Manager asked us how we were, were we happy etc. Pool was lovely as was breakfast.

AMAZING hotel, with very kind staff and a great swimming pool & breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Khiva. They have a free private shuttle for the clients of the hotel, that brings you to the old city whenever you want, and takes you back whenever you want as well. Thank you for everything !!

Free shuttle to the town and railway station. Very clean, extremely great breakast and most friendly Suleyman who was taking us by golf-car to the Town and back, even if there's only about 1km, but in summer and +35-40 degrees even 20 minute walk is too much. And clean medium size swimming pool. Amazing.

Highly recommended. It's very nice hotel with nice staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and good swimming pool. They also drop you down to Old City and pick you up on Golf Cart.

Very comfortable hotel, rooms are big, bathroom are big, hot water flow stable, free good breakfast buffet, free swimming pool, free shuttle service to/from old city. staff are courteous and helpful, expecially the young manager Mr Sulaymon. highly recommend hotel in khiva.

Very comfortable hotel to stay with; make you feel at home...very attentive staff including Sulaiman and his team that would cater for your every request. The breakfast is superb. And the buggy that sends you to historical sites for free ..and yes...the swimming pool that you can jump into in this hot summer session.
