The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The view from the room was stunning. Staff were amazing. Location was perfect - 5-minute walk to Ala Moana center. Hotel lobby has a coffee shop, and a store to buy essentials which was a bonus. Loved at stay and would stay there again in the future.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite facing the ocean and woke up to rainbows every morning! The hotel itself is in the best location in Waikiki and we appreciated proximity to all the luxury shops, restaurants and beaches. The D tower is close to a little market downstairs which was really helpful and Dean & Deluca provided some great caffeine fix. We also enjoyed the pool -- my 3 yr old niece made some very special memories learning to swim there. The property is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and very secure with tons of helpful staff at the valet desk which was great for shopping/parking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, and while we ate out for the most part, it was really great to cook sometimes and do the laundry as we stayed over a week. The suite was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 1 kid, and the quality of service was exceptional throughout our stay. From the cleaning staff to bell men to front desk, every single hotel staff we encountered remained courteous, quick and kind. In particular the concierge team, Jordan and Aiko, went above and beyond their ways to make our stay so special for my sister's wedding and I am so grateful for all their help before, during and after our stay. My mom loved the view and ambience of La Vie restaurant for breakfasts and we enjoyed Friday fireworks twice during our stay, once from the Italian restaurant on site and also from our suite. It is as good as it gets in Waikiki when you have such a luxurious, calm and peaceful home base, especially for a family visit. I also stayed at Kahala resorts before my family arrived and still think that the Ritz was the best choice for the family to spend time together. As someone who spends more time at 5 star hotels than my own home, the quality of the staff and service really stood out for me for this property and I look forward to going back❤️🌈

The room was beautiful with a lovely view. The facilities were excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area is great to relax in with a tiny beach nearby for an ocean dip. The Orchids restaurant has beautiful food.

Compared to other apartments and hotels, this offers quite good space for 5 people at a very decent price. In addition, the free parking is very much appreciated as parking in Honolulu is not easy. The apartment is at the 31st floor of the tower and offers a breathtaking view at the ocean, the city and the mountains from the balcony. We found the apartment clean and well equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, enough towels (of all sizes) etc. The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the beach. You can just walk there in your swimming clothes and flip-flops. Adequate information was given by the host on how to open the apartment and use the parking pass. Summarising: we really enjoyed our stay!

Location is near to Waikiki Beach and there were lots of food options that could be used with the full kitchen of the suite. The staff was friendly, gave me a beach towel, there was a swimming pool on site. Our room had a good view of Ala Wai Canal.

The room design is very simple and modern, with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful and there are many people playing day and night.

Located right in the heart of Waikiki, this hotel is a more affordable option compared with hotels closer to the beach, and is better in just about every other respect: cool vibe, hip furnishings, young friendly staff, excellent restaurant and bar, a good cafe next door serving decent flat whites, nice design (retro motel feel around a central swimming pool but with sweet music, and even market stalls one evening). Stay back from the over-commercialised beach strip and you get a better deal and more atmosphere.

Location, the facility had a hot tub, swimming pool and a very nice laundry area. We were on the 22nd floor and had an excellent view from the lanai. It was quiet. We attended some of the classes offered by the hotel that were very fun. the staff here is excellent and for a helpful I used the bell service most of the time for help with cabs and other transportation needs. The housekeeping staff came as they described to empty trash and to clean the room one time during our stay.

Great location, 3mins from the beach. Rooms are a great size. Swimming pool, hot tub & outdoor area had a true Hawaiian feel to the hotel. Excellent value for money. Hotel staff were very helpful.

The staff was friendly and lovely, and the location was great, making it easy to walk to Waikiki beach for a morning swim. The kitchen was extremely clean and well-stocked with an ample amount of dishware, along with a spacious fridge. We also had the opportunity to enjoy the sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool. Apart from the parking fee of $35 per night, which we were aware of in advance, there were additional costs such as city tax and a security deposit.
