The presentation of the hotel it was luxurious and like being on a cruise ship. Everything you could ever need is in the hotel and well sign posted to find where you were going. Our room was very big and a great view with facilities, very comfortable stay.

I always book at the Claridge when I come to AC . It's like my second home. I meeting great people by the pool, the twenties waiter Pierre made dining at that restaurant an experience ( I ate there for breakfast and dinner each night I stayed because of his service and, the food of course) .

The hotel looks really nice classic. Great swimming pool too. There were some signs which say not to swim alone but i just went for it, personnel coming in later were fine with it. Also vending machines on the corridors so you don’t have to be thirsty/hungry in any case.

Overall the hotel was disappointing, it is overdue a renovation, very lacking in staff, we spent 1hour and 35 minutes on a que to check in. They have self check in and check out machines but they dont work. The weather was very hot but all 3 swimming pools were closed. Anx when we went go the beach everyone was told to get out of the water at 6pm as the beach was closing ????. A lot of eating places and shops in the hotel were also closed. I will not return to this hotel.

Location was great, really close to the beach. Their was a swimming pool. The breakfast was really yummy.

We loved that it was close to the beach. The swimming pool was heated and the resort had many different facilities. We also got a room on the 48th floor with an awesome view of the city and the ocean. Beds were great, we had a great sleep and the room was clean and comfortable.

The outdoor pool is heated, I have never swam in a swimming pool outside in the middle of Winter it was awesome. Not to mention, you can swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool and the whole entire pool is heated
