My child lost his shirt in the outdoor swimming pool, and the service staff helped me keep the top. When I went back to the top floor to look for it, the service staff was very responsible and bagged the lost top for safekeeping.

Nice brunch, you cah check out at 11am then have brunch till 1:30 pm. Brunch was great, meals looked orderinary but all tassted so good. You can also enjoy outdoor hot spring, and enjoy both ocean view and mountain view at the same time.

The various pools were more beautiful and luxurious than I was expecting, particularly at night with all the candlelights. I thought it was lovely that staff erected a large screen next to the main pool for kids to watch movies in the evening. The Japanese Style rooms were very comfortable, I have never slept in this style of room before. The private spa had a great view.

Our room came with hot and cold spring baths, which we did not expect. Rooms are clean. Views are spectacular (if you ignore the industrial area immediately in front of the hotel). Pool is beautiful. Breakfast buffet is plentiful.
