First of all when you enter the hall it impresses you with a huge, beautiful chandelier. Staff was very friendly. Our cleaning lady (9th floor) was very nice and sweet woman, she made our room perfectly clean. Mr.Deniz at reception was helpful and welcoming. Also breakfast was great. The variety of meals was huge. Everything was delicious. The steaming room was hot enough and very enjoyable after snowboarding day. Hotel's location is perfect, from both sides you have a nice view. We loved it.

I stayed at Fier Life with my son and sister with downsyndrome during our ski holiday in Erciyes. Unfortunately I had an accident and was taken to hospital. The staff of the hotel looked after my family attentively until I got back. As we were able to experience (as I couldn't leave the hotel for three days) the hotel has everything you may need to have a calm relaxing and enjoyable time. The terrace roof performances and food quality was outstanding and the restaurant downstairs is still spoken of by my family. Breakfast hosted a wide variety asbwell as freshly cooked bespoke omelette with outstanding views. The food, comfort and abundant activities (including greatly priced hair dresser) made our stay in Kayseri enjoyable despite my broken arm. The staff were attentive and caring and catered to every single need I had. If you want an affordable hotel for skiing, rafting, cappadocia tours and general shopping Fier Life is your place to be. We will definitely be returning. (A late review a from someone recently freed from cast)

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and exceeded all our expectations! Great heated pool, delicious breakfasts, clean, spacious, and very comfortable rooms. We especially liked the ski lockers and ski rent. The ski lockers are heated, so your boots and ski clothes are always dry. We only rented skis and sticks and they were great. A special pleasure is that the ski lifts are next to the hotel, and if you want to get to a further lift, the hotel provides a free shuttle service

Breakfast was ok - bit surprised to see three residents appear for breakfast with handguns in their belts. They were not in any uniform!

The hotel amenities were amazing along with the food. The best thing was the staff and how welcoming and accommodating the were. The pièce de rèsistance if them being Ufuk and Morat.
