I appreciate when people pay attention to the details in hospitality, and Address Istanbul excels at this. My overall rating is a 10/10, and I want to extend my special thanks to all the employees for their outstanding work. They are always happy to help or explain certain information about the hotel and its surroundings. Their warm welcome and helpful reminders made my stay incredibly comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can assist you with everything. I highly recommend visiting the top floor of the building for incredible views of the whole city. Just ask the concierge, and they will explain where to go. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Its location next to Emaar Square is perfect for dining and shopping, and the hotel's own dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. Additionally, the spa on the 11th floor is very good, adding to the overall wonderful experience.
