ANZHU Seamate Villa is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The architecture is beautifully done, with lavish finishes that make the entire villa feel luxurious. The property offers stunning views, a fantastic pool, and large, spacious bedrooms. The living room was a standout, providing a perfect space to relax and unwind. The service was exceptional. The staff were efficient, very friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. They helped us with food, groceries, and arranging cabs seamlessly. The food they prepared for us was delicious and perfectly customized to our taste, which made every meal a delight. A special mention to Manager R, who was incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive. She was quick to respond to any request and ensured all our needs were met without delay. The villa is maintained immaculately, and the entire experience felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service, this is it. A definite must-stay.

We loved the staff, the vibe and the food. Breakfast was very delicious - The best we had so far in Thailand. You could chose between 6 different dishes - so it never got boring - and you always got extra fruits. The two managers, Henri+Chris, are very nice and helpful - as was the rest of the staff. If you need something: Just go to the reception and they will do their best to make you happy. It was very easy to rent a scooter. You could do your laundry and if you didn't feel like doing anything, you have a nice pool area to chill out and just be. You could even have a swim in the evening-nighttime, what was so nice, after a long day on the road. We didn't go there for fishing but we talked to some other guests who did and they loved it. It looked very exciting - big fishes to catch. And if you're lucky you'll see part of the lizard family. We were staying in a double room next to the pool and were very satisfied. I heard the houses right on the lake are even nicer and also worth staying as a family. So I would recommend this place to two sorts of people: If you're a fishing addict or if you want to get a good cost - performance ratio and like to stay in a clean-modest-place with everything your heart needs for a good vacation.

The friendly, caring staff, drivers, tradesmen and local Thai residents created a warm, united ambiance and we felt very much at home. The location is beautiful. The pool was enjoyed by all. The facilities (overall) met our needs quite well. There was good access to beaches, restaurants and shopping via scooters and the hired van. The outdoor showers were enjoyed by several of us.

The views from the villa are stunning and it is set in a peaceful location, 2 mins drive / 10 minutes walk from a great little beach with bar (Google "Cool Bar Koh Samui") but only 15 minutes drive into the local resort. The villa is very spacious, clean and well equipped - the kitchen has everything you need and there's some beach / pool bits and pieces too. The free car is invaluable and we used it every day. The hosts (Nuy and Eddie) are incredibly helpful and always available at the end of the phone if needed.

The layout of the villa would be ideal for two couples. The pool and outdoor area were superb, with the “moat” containing both fish and turtles. the fully equipped living area with a washing machine. The short walk down to the beach and the only local bar and restaurant. The pick up and drop off by David - the owner - with a stop at The Family Mart on the way through.

Stepping out of bed and have a refreshing swimm in the Pool in total privacy and lovely decorated green surounding . Everything was as Devid described on bis page ... a recommendable place for couples.
