Cleanliness, friendly staff, good breakfast, great pool and dining we wished we hadn't on booked for a longer stay here would have been real nice

Best location, reasonable price, bedroom and restroom is clean.

The Breakfast was cooked by Jam the owner an Meow her friend and assistant, nothing was too much trouble, what ever type of food you asked for Jam tried her best to provide it was always freshly cooked in front of you eyes, The Hotel wasn't over crowded and the pool was a lovely size and was lovely and clean as was the room, there was a supermarket at the end of the road and a lovely promenade to walk into town by the stunning Mekong River. also plenty of opportunity for excursions. Also John was there to have a friendly chat over a cool beer.

I am so happy with this place, the green area by Mae Khong River, The quiet place, Friendly staff, good view from our room on the second floor. • First time in CHIANGSAEN, we picked this hotel because it was not that expensive, I don't know where the area is, we hope that it is not far from the golden triangle. Yes we have got our thoughts. • The Reception was very good, well known for the area, there can be recommended to the guests where you should go for local attractions and tours and places to eat. • Around the resort has swan and wild birds to hear the sound and take a photo. •Room Space is so wide, we have got in second floor, good view combined with swimming pool and river • Breakfast is great bunches of choice, in the restaurant there have dining time ready to make a booking if you not going out. • Water system is good too, hot bath also available.

Stayed at the hotel many times. Great location, great staff.
