Wonderful hotel, lovely and helpful staff with all the conveniences you may need (amazing massage near the beach, restaurant on the beach including seafood bbq), cocktail bar (with happy hour !!) swimming pools suitable for kids and adults (2 of them). Room cleaning was performed daily, breakfast was delicious with enough options. Prices of massage, restaurant and other services were very reasonable. During our stay our child got sick and reception was very helpful to find a doctor and when we opted to go to the hospital they even drove us there free of charge. We warmly thank them for their help !!! Whilst there is a famous bar nearby (The ArkBar), inside the room we didn't experience much noise. Airplanes also pass over the hotel but frankly, given every upside of the hotel and amazing staff, we were not bothered and will come again. In the evening, you'll be less than 100 meters walking distance to the main Chaweng avenue with plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs to accommodate your needs.

Breakfast was excellence, stuff was more then proactively doing everything to make me feel comfortable. Absolutely nothing to complain here, thanks to the awareness of the highly motivated stuff. Only thing I would not book again is the room with the small pool because it was way nicer to go directly to the ocean or to the main pool. But that’s nothing related to the hotel itself. Would definitely come back.

This villa was grest verry spacious and you have the pool in front of the villa. The staff is very kind and they offer free ride to the airport and you can also rent a motorbike for 200bath at their reception and there is no need for the deposit. The only deposit you have to leave is 500bath if you lose a key but you get that back when you check out.

Wonderfully friendly staff and an excellent location. Close enough to walk to the town but far enough away to enjoy the peace of the beach. Pool was great, as was happy hour at the swim-up bar. Enormous room and bed! Make sure you try out the spa as well - massage and facials were great. Very clean premises. Very relaxing.

Second time returning. Both times have stayed in the deluxe pool villa with Sea View. This room is absolutely amazing and has its own infinity edge swimming pool, outdoor terrace with bathtub and views across the rooftops towards the ocean and hills. The hotel is modern with an outdoor swimming pool. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food types. My room was decorated in a modern style. Balcony but no real view.

Excellent location, built on to the beach. Peaceful but also in the heart of Chaweng social area. Facilities are exceptional with two amazing outdoors pools, a swim up bar, pool tables etc. Great food and service with the staff being the best part of the experience. So helpful in organising transport and other questions about Koh Samui and Thailand.

Paradise in the rooms with private swimming pool, large bed, outdoor shower, own sun beds. Just perfect for a honeymoon. Staff were helpful, food was good. An amazing experience.
