The rooms are pretty clean, comfortable and well maintaned. They have 2 pools, which are big and pretty. The breakfast buffet is delicious and comes with a lot of options, but they don´t change them that much each day. They have a lot of events inside the hotel (most of them food-related) for those who just want to relax inside, as they also have a lot of tours in case you wanna avoid the hassle of searching outside and prefer to book with the hotel. The staff is professional and kind, always ready to help you with anything you might need or any doubts you have. They are well located, as they have lots of restaurants nearby and also 3 beaches at walking distance with the farthest one being just 20 minutes at foot.

everything! the hotel is so beautiful and clean, breakfast was wonderful! and the best thing is that there you can find a lot of restaurants and shops around, the beach is 10 min walk and if it is too hot you can take a shuttle from the hotel for free! if I will be traveling to Thailand again, I will stay only at Niranapa!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we found it exceptional! The staff are super friendly and helpful beyond our expectations!! They booked us cars for activities whenever we needed, bring you ice water at the pools without ever being asked, and offer great and FAST service any time of day for room service or in the restaurant. Our room was nice and also quite large, air conditioning worked amazingly, and it was very very clean in the rooms. The outdoor restaurant was phenomenal, prices were reasonable, and the pool was very pleasant with towel service and ample seats for the number of guests in this boutique hotel. Great little gym, and pool bar area. Resort was basically at one end of Kata Beach which is just a stunning spot! The water is very warm, beach is not too busy, and it has pristine waters and white sand.

The Katathani Resort has everything you could ever want in a resort. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and definitely worth waking up early for. The swimming pools and outdoor areas are always clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are extremely comfy. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes sure you have a great stay. If you're in the mood to explore, there are some convenience stores and restaurants located just outside the resort. And if you want to venture further out, the city is just a quick cab or Tuk Tuk ride away.

EVERYTHING! location is great, some say far from things but literally at the end of the road is a plethora of shops and bars. the ambience and rooms are beautiful, the staff are lovely, breakfast is great (lots of choice and tasty) the swimming pool that was attached to the swim up rooms was beautiful and clean, at night it glistened. I wish we spent the whole two weeks here.

The baray villa was amazing! Swimming pool and swim up bar just for the villas. The hotel grounds were so nice - plenty of photo opportunities! The staff were so attentive and always stopped to say hello (or sawasdee ka). They let us use the spa showers on the last day before heading to the airport for a late flight. Location is great for Kata beaches and great food.

The pools run through the whole resort! We had a deluxe pool access room which was large and comfortable. The swim-up bar (and the pool staff) were my favourite part.
