Excellent service from the hotel staff. Really felt like 5-star service. The executive lounge was amazing and regularly serviced by staff with fresh food, drinks and alcohol. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best I’ve ever had, aside from a 5-star hotel I’ve been to in Fiji, but very close in quality and choice. All in all a lovely place to stay and I hope to return soon!

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Bratislava for two nights and had a truly pleasant experience. Everything was excellent, and I’m very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast offered all the usual options, with a decent variety of food. Everything I tried was very tasty, and the coffee served at the hotel bar was pricey but excellent. What I was most impressed by was the spa and wellness area. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The pool area was pleasantly warm, the water temperature was comfortable, and the entire space around the pool was spotless. Both the Finnish and Turkish saunas were always on and available for use, which I really appreciated. I also had a massage (an additional charge), and it was absolutely perfect – compliments to the massage therapist! Parking is charged at €25 per day for hotel guests, but this is clearly stated on Booking.com, and such prices are typical throughout the city. The garage had plenty of available spaces, and access from the garage to the rest of the hotel was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. Although the furniture is a bit older, it is well maintained. The whole hotel smells wonderful, especially in the hallways, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
