Staff, facilities, location, cleanliness, hospitality all ticks checked .. One of the best in Dammam.. They accepted my upgrade request for a superior suite with terrace free of cost.. Much appreciated. Also they follow high safety standards..no delivery boys allowed inside..they pick each order at reception after confirming with guests and their staff drops it at the room. Even i ordered two hot chocolates but since they were late they charged me for one only as a kind gesture for the delay..

don't often write reviews, but this hotel stands out from our tour of the Middle East. The breakfast is plentiful, rooms are very well equipped, five star level, the pool is clean, closely monitored, perfect relaxation point after a long day. I would especially like to highlight the work of HK Rasel's helpful attitude and the fact that we were given suite #310 free of charge, which would have fit about 6 people without any problems. LuLu market is in the building, so you can buy about anything until late in the evening without having to go out in the heat.
