We had a lovely stay! The owner was very welcoming and gave us two great recommendations: a fantastic dinner at Espaço Ego and a beautiful hike to Cavão dos Conchos. Both were highlights of our trip. The room was clean and comfortable — would definitely stay here again!

from the size of the bath towels, the smell of the soap, the outstanding cleanliness, to the kindness, the smile, and the industriousness of all of Katrina's employees; every little thing was of the highest quality. we were given a generous breakfast made up of local ingredients and goods. we supplemented the meal with tomatoes, cabbage, zucchini, and parsley we picked from their garden. on a quiet night, we could hear the gentle chirping of crickets outside and see tons of stars in the sky.

Breakfast was perfect! Mountain views are stunning! Beautiful flora in the authentic village. Staff were very personable and showed the right level of attentiveness. Super hotel, wonderfull location. ( a bit scary to enter the small streets of the village by car but it is manageable and common to typical portuguese villages, especially in the mountains. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice swimming pools, you can reserve (incl in your room rate) the indoor spa and pool for 30 min in private. Staff are very helpfull and attentive. Our dog got as well a welcom gift. Not far from the hotel you can do some hiking in the forest. A very relaxing stay during our trip to the south of Portugal.

The location is great, very short walk to the city centre. The apartment is modern, bright and spacious. The swimming pool is very pretty and amazing for the hot days. The staff is super friendly and try to help as much as possible.

The venue is amazing, on top of the mountain with a nice view on the Seia valley. The hotel is super modern and design oriented (with a scandivian touch). The staff was absolutely professional, gentle and available for all requests. The garden with swimming pool (2) was absolutely stunning and the Spa very nice and clean.

Very very very friendly staff, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, and the kids lived the game room with snooker and table soccer. Great to roam around the farm, lake and see the animals

Location was good, the room was clean and nice but above all I must recognize the great & helpful hospitality. we use the hotel as our base for 2 days hiking in the area and found it as central place to meet our expectations. they have small and nice swimming pool even the weather didn't allow us to use it. Breakfast is served and it is good.

Lovely friendly small hotel. Comfortable bed. Well located for walking into old town for restaurants. Good base for exploring Serra da Estrella national park. Has a lovely swimming pool (though not used as visited in winter). Great breakfast. Thanks!
