The location of the hotel is perfect! Great restaurant in about 3-5 min walk! Wonderful garden and jacuzzi on the property! Pool and saunas are great! We loved our stay!

A beautiful property situated in a rural area. Crispim was a great host welcoming us;he provided strawberries picked from the vegetable plot which were great. The fridge had a few essentials when we arrived together with a bottle of wine which were appreciated. The apartment was situated in large grounds with a wonderful patio area overlooking the infinity pool. Once we figured how to get to main road from property it was excellent for access the whole of the island. It was ideal for our last 5 nights on the Azores with time to just chill out

Very nice hotel. The room was big with its own bathroom. I loved the big bathtub! And the view from the balcony (3rd floor) was so beautiful. I highly appreciate that there was a cattle with two cups and tea (black and green) as well as a big beautiful bottle of local mineral water in the room. The tea and water were refilled every day when the maids cleaned up the room. The bedding sheets smelled fresh and the bed was big and comfortable. There was also an extra blanket if you feel chilly. There was a really nice chain of lights attached to the wall behind the bed that gave a cozy light. Additionally, there were two table lamps on each side of the bed and a big room light. The balcony had two curtains, one see through curtain to keep insects out and a thick curtain to keep the room dark at night. They did a good job. A second pool was being renovated while I was there which should be ready to be used in July 2023. I didn't get to use the pools because the weather was too chilly and sun and rain alternated too often, so I preferred the hot springs in the city instead, but in the peak of summer they would be really nice to have. The hotel was super quiet and the staff was friendly and speaks fluent English and French. I really enjoyed my stay. I don't understand why this hotel has only 1 star. It should be at least 2, if not 3. I highly recommend this place.

The room is small but cozy. The breakfast is simply amazing! Free parking is a three-minute walk away (search on Google maps). The town is conveniently located, not far from the attractions of this part of the island. The hotel is good, I recommend it

From check in to check out and everything in between it was amazing. We checked on at 10pm on New Years Eve in the middle of their New Years Eve party and they couldnt have been more accomodating! The staff are beyond wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was to die for. The views and ocean, breathtaking. Can't wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was even nicer than we expected—honestly, even better than the pictures online. Our child absolutely adored the cats and dog, which added such a sweet and homely touch to our stay.
