The location is very close to the calheta beach with lot of restaurants and we could relax there almost every evening after our day trips.

Wauw! This hotel just overrated our expectations in every way! We had a full apartment for our own, with kitchen, bath, living room and balcony. Everything was so clean and the beds were so comfy! In the morning we had a delicious breakfast and in the evening you can sit on the terrace and taste the Madeira Wine!

Our first impression was absolutely amazing; the first receptionist we met (blonde girl, I believe her name was Cristina) went the extra mile with us and gave us a free upgrade. She smiled a lot and provided us with an excellent service. She is a great asset to the company. The rest of the staff were also very nice. The check out receptionist (Zita) was also great to us. The room was very spacious with a great view to the ocean. The buffet was amazing, with a lot of food to choose from. We will definitely go back and we will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Delicious breakfast, exceptional dinner and an infinite pool. For breakfast, you could choose from 5-6 warm meals (eggs, French toast, asparagus..) and a cold buffet (from cereals, croissants and local cheese to pastel de nata). The portions from the menu were smaller but in combination with the cold buffet, the breakfast was just awesome! We stayed in the with the "garden view ", however we could still see and hear the sea. The view was stunning.

Super clean accommodation with all appliences you may need including few coffee capsules as wells as dishwasher ones to start with. We also used washing machine and dryer which worked very well. It has amazing view from the terrase. Swimming pool temperature was good, not warm but not cold either. We were very happy with our stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and overlooked the pool and sea and it was very quiet. There are loads of seating areas indoors and outdoors. Live music/entertainment stopped at 10:30ish each night so does not disturb you if you want an early night. The buffet food was different every night and delicious. No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful location overlooking the Atlantic. Has a nice outdoor swimming pool (and a small inside one as well), we had a fantastic room with balcony and sitting area with ocean view. Breakfast was good.
