The staff there was very helpful and friendly to us. They were always ready to answer any questions and that was nice. The rooms there are very comfortable, l liked their bed the most and the hotel is at a very good location. It is closer to the bus stop and the tram stop. The hotel is also in a quiet location so making it very comfortable.

The SPA is probably the best in the world out of those I visited on couple different continents in number of countries. The personnel at the counter and in the SPA area is very friendly and supportive. Of course the great bonus are sauna shows which make this place the sauna world capital. I just hope I will be able to stay there when the colosseum will be open (that one is just my schedule). I am really excited to visit the show in the colosseum.
