Very friendly and helpful staff, easy communication before and during our stay, great appartment, large and very clean pool, easy to reach (close to the airport), excellent restaurant. Rooms are clean and enough for staying a night or two. there are enough storage options if needed. everything is convenient and calm. parking is plenty. as i only stay over in muscat to run errands, i will definitely use this place again. i like the female only fact.
