What a perfect place!! Absolutely beautiful accomodation with great attention to detail. The accomodation is located just a minutes walk to the souk, resteraunts etc. Staff are so kind, helpful and attentive. It really was our favourite place to stay in the whole of Oman.

The room and common areas (including a beautiful garden) were very cosy and nicely decorated. A big plus is the fact that we were able to do a washing machine at the premises of the hostel. The place is close to the Nizwa old fort/centre which is very lively during the evening.

Beautiful villa! spacious modernly furnished house with a large beautiful pool. Place to relax and all around vegetation. Very nice host with whom there was great contact. House practically in the center of Nizwa, close to Nizwa Soug. I definitely recommend!

I expected less when I saw it had only 2 stars. It looks more like a 4 star hotel. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It is clean, big room and has a pool and gym. If you stay here, definitely have a diner at Al Wazzan or order a breakfast for in the room.
