I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Grand Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked through the stunning lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at the Grand Hotel truly went above and beyond, making my experience unforgettable. Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway with outstanding service. A big thank you to Youssef and Kiecylen for making my experience so special! I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is very clean and bright. The staff is nice and helpful. We arrived before the check in time and they found us a room anyway even if we have to wait one hour for that. The breakfast is excellent and the food in general is great (we tried the Peridot buffet and the bar on the beach). The beach is awsome and very quite. The beds comfortable. The room was awsome and big and they have an espresso machine (with Illy coffee! Very appreciated from us italian people!).

Our stay at Hotel W was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautiful, and the service reflects their motto "Whatever, Whenever" perfectly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day. One of the highlights of our trip was when our boys went big-game fishing (arranged separately) and caught some fish. To our delight, the hotel went above and beyond by preparing the fish for our dinner, even though we know this isn’t something they usually offer. This gesture made the experience feel extra special. We were blown away by the effort and creativity of the chefs, especially Ambed and Emanuel (Manu), who prepared the fish in several different dishes. Every bite was a masterpiece, and our taste buds were thrilled! Chef Ambed made our last two nights unforgettable, and it was such a pleasure to get to know him. His kindness, talent, and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us.

Without exception, the staff were excellent. very friendly and couldn't do enough for me. The pool area was well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and shaded areas. The main entrance and the dining room were well appointed, as was the indoor swimming pool in the basement.

Best breakfast we had in Oman during our 12-day-journey. Free parking. Great outdoor swimming pool. Very helpful staff. I booked the IntercityHotel Muscat because I knew this chain from several stays at InterCity Hotels in Germany.

The hotel has many facilities, restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a lot of parking space. Naseem at the reception and staff at the restaurant are courteous and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has many options.

The location is beautiful, nice beach and so nice for snorkeling! Staff super nice and helpuf all the time. Breakfast was amazing, we ate so much every morning! Very quite, love the swimming pool that is sligthly heated and love the lazy river! Nice the big chess to play!

Fantastic country, fantastic food, amazing people. The hotel is great! The personnel is very friendly and helpful, the outdoor swimming pool is fantastic! We are in love with Oman and will definitely come back again!

The hotel and facilities were amazing. Staff was very helpful. They have 02 swimming pools, one indoor for women only and one outdoor for all. The gym is well equipped. The breakfast is the best, really large buffet with alot of options. It is also located very centrally, 5 mins drive to nearby embassies district and Government offices. Also anything in Muscat is max at 15 mins drive from here.
