The stay at the hotel was great, I am happy that I choose to stay here! Everyone was so friendly and the interior is just beautiful with all the woodcarving. We were greeted everytime with a very friendly namaste and a smile. All the staff was great and helpful. Especially Smriti always had a big smile which made me personally feel very welcome. The rooms were cleaned every day without disturbing personal belongings, it was a pleasure to always come back to a tidy bed.

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival at the Aloft Thamel Kathmandu, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The food was also delicious, and I really enjoyed every meal. Concierge staff Rishav, Roshan P., and Nama were especially helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back here again!
