Very cool place. As you can tell from a map satellite view, it's quite remote. Long sandy track (but not too sandy for a motorcycle) leads to the property. Very welcoming host and friendly staff. The pool is more of a tarp-lined tank but did the trick for cooling off in the crazy heat. Huge living/dining area that we had to ourselves as the only guests, and the host made sure we could get football on the TV. Self-serve bar with reasonable prices. Very large and tasty dinner. Good AC.

Nice welcoming reception from the owner, and good restaurant and bar facilities for those not self catering. Swimming pool also as it is a very hot region of southern Namibia.
Quiet accommodation 2 mins off the main road with nice open views of the farmland around which can be enjoyed from the stoep outside along with nice big braai facilities and amenities in the kitchen area were good as we prefer to do our own food.

The location was wonderful...a real quiet experience in nature. Lovely swim in the pool. Dinner was delicious.
Everything that you may need is provided for in the communal kitchen. We loved the historic house with its rich history. The hosts on the farm are warm and welcoming...authentic people.

The White House was our Mid-Way stop from Cape Town to Windhoek. Ideally placed a little oasis in the middle of no-where. So welcomingly received after a long drive and then onto the old farmhouse where we had old traditional rooms. A lovely swim in the farm dam pool before enjoying some beers, wine and a lovely lamb supper provided by the White House. A huge common kitchen for anyone wanting to self cater or braai.

I managed to check in before sunset this time and had a fabulous time dipping in the swimming pool to cool off. It's great to have space to take a walk to bring back blood flow and movement after the whole day of driving.
