everything was good just bathroom door was sliding door and was not closing properly, and bathrooms didn’t had air extractors.

I loved the location of the hotel and felt well 'looked after' in that I don't speak much Spanish so was put in touch with an English-speaking member of staff who helped me with booking taxis etc. The room was really comfortable and I was able to watch BBC News. I loved the pool area and the proximity of the Fashion Mall. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
