The location is great with a pool that lends lovely views. All the listed amenities were available and the space was neat and clean. Special shout out to Jovana who took extra care with providing a ground floor room and great local recos the moment she found out I am pregnant. All in all, a lovely stay in a place we would love to come back to!

The women at the reception were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The hotel is small and intimate with only 6 rooms. But has great facilities including swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi

- The rooms was nicely designed and spacious - The hotel had a sauna, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The sauna is small but you get it all to yourself. For this, you need to register your "time slot" at the reception. For us this was perfect as we immediately got the time slot we wanted (late in the evening, from 9pm to 10pm - the sauna closes at 10pm). - Breakfast was great and had a nice Balkan touch (with Ajvar being available, for example) - Bed was very comfy

The staffs there were so nice and professional. A great window vision!!! It has a swimming pool, outdoor bathtub and a sauna room. Everything is good！Also, there is a wonderful breakfast～I will choose North Story again when I go to Zabliak～
