It was our first time in Montenegro and staying in this exceptional family hotel was like... a holiday with friends, a holiday with family :-) Starting with the pick-up by the senior chef of the house, the extremely friendly and attentive receptionist and the waiter - I have never met a more attentive person. I had a pleasure staying at this hotel. I was impressed every aspect of my experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with any request. The owners was always there to help, they went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family had an amazing stay. Rooms cleaned everyday, clean swimming pool and a park for children. The owner made sure we was made to feel welcome and spoke to us every day. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to go to Ulcinj. Child friendly. About a 5 minute walk from the beach. Restaurants and shops across the road from your appointment. Nothing was too much hassle for the owners which was always onsite when needed. Thank you for an amazing stay I hope to come back in the future.

Nita and her husband are top host, always there if you need a help or have a question. We had a little accident in the car park they help us and sort out everything less than 1 day. The resort clean and well organised the breakfast is homemade. Also we celebrated there my wife birthday and they help buy cake etc. Thank you for hosting us we had a great time and see you soon! New building and very clean bedroom, and friendly owners always helping. I had a problem to take my bus to next location cause that day was broken the engine🤷, and they solve the trip looking for a private minibus working same day,, and same price. Thanks a lot. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place, fantastic owner, fantastic villa. Never before has anyone welcomed us like Miroslav. Villa very clean and fully equipped, has more than you need. Great swimming pool, maintained daily. Beautiful place. If you are thinking about booking, book now, you won't regret it! The list of advantages would be too long. The most important thing for us: - contact with the owner, - own swimming pool, - fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Everything was perfect! Miroslav is a very hospitable man, he made our vacation so comfortable, we could ask anything! Facilities are great! We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time at the we-equipped outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the swimming pool and sun beds. Another good point that there is a pizzeria nearby (cooking not just pizza though) with delicious food and pleasant prices, so we went there twice when we didn't want to cook. The nearest beach is not crowded at all having some shady spots due to the trees.

We had varied choices of selections for breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed the heearty breakfast. Since it was off season, we had the entire building and facilites of sauna and indoor swimming pool to ourselves. It was fantastic! The owner with the 2 staff made us feel very welcome with lovely smiles whenever we meet them. All in all, everything was lovely and wonderful. We look forward to returning again in the future.
