Erin Villa has been by far the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka. Not just the facilities were awesome, huge and comfy bed, amazing separated shower, gorgeous pool and convenient location but Asanka’s hospitality is next level. Details like checking arrival time to make sure room was cool down, coconuts were ready made our stay. And the breakfast is endless, full of fresh fruits and local pastries plus omellette, etc etc etc. This creates memories one will never forget.

The photos provided are entirely accurate, and the warm reception we received made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is well-guarded, providing a sense of security throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. The service provided by the staff, from the airport to the villa, was truly five-star. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Sri Lanka.

Very well maintained property and hotel. The staff is always ready to help with a smile on their faces. When I check-in I was offered an upgrade to one of their best villas with a pool. Very clean room and amenities. Very good and filling breakfast with a nice restaurant. Moreover, the property is just a stone throw away from the beach!

It was the first hotel we visited in Sri Lanka and stayed for only one night. We were really satisfied with: Clean bathroom area. Comfortable swimming pool and all facilities around the pool. Room was clean with great big bed. TV with local channels. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Nice view to the ocean from the garden behind the pool zone.

It’s a small hotel with 12 rooms. But facilities are like 3 stars hotel. Spacious rooms clean bathrooms. Beach front large balcony for all rooms. With swimming pool. Nice place with Very friendly staff. Specially Foods are delicious and have quite big variety. They do in room dining too.
