My family and I, a group of seven from Canada, recently had the pleasure of staying at Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The houseboat we stayed on offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully designed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that catered perfectly to our taste buds. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the food consistently impressed us. During our stay, we enjoyed two cruises each day through the picturesque Bolgoda waterways. The early morning cruise was particularly breathtaking as we were greeted by the serene beauty of nature waking up. We spotted numerous birds and even got a glimpse of the stunning sunrise. The sunset cruise, on the other hand, provided a different yet equally mesmerizing experience as we sailed through the calm waters with the sky painted in shades of orange and pink. The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and if given the chance, we would gladly stay here 100 times over. Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I have visited this villa on 31st of January.I'm happy to say that this hotel give us a good experience and prices are very fair.The location is very near to the town and easy to find.Also rooms are comfortable and very clean.also they have very big garden and it fill up with calming vibe.They provide us a very good breakfast.Specially I wanted to thanks to the hotel staff. We liked all of it. The location was excellent and we couldn't believe that it was in the middle of Colombo. It was so peaceful and quiet and there seemed to always be a cool breeze blowing through the property. The property itself was lovely and was beautifully designed and decorated. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could require. We had dinner on our first day and breakfast the following morning. Dinner simply super. We had the cheesy pasta, vegetable spring rolls, mushroom soup and garlic bread. All of it was delicious and so well done. Breakfast the following morning was also great. We had the continental breakfast with the soufflé eggs. The fruit was fresh and soufflé eggs were light and fluffy. Finally, the staff were amazing. They were friendly and helpful right from the get got and we couldn't have asked for better service. Special shout-out to Hashan who helped us with our bags, food and the pool. He was awesome!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved spending time on the rooftop — the pool and the view were absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect from start to finish. A big thank you to Tilini for her quick responses and great recommendations, which made our trip so easy to organize. The beach was just a short walk away, with plenty of nice restaurants around. The supermarket right next to the apartment was super convenient too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
