We’re French, and we have to say – we ate the best cordon bleu of our lives here! Compliments to the chef for such delicious food throughout our stay. Absolutely beautiful property. Spacious, clean rooms, beautifully furnished with a lovely big deck and view over stunning gardens and countryside. Very restful. The staff were very friendly. Dining room where we had dinner and breakfast was lovely and the food was amazing. Couldn’t fault anything.

One of the best places we visited during our stay in Sri Lanka. They have fabulous rooms. You feel like an aristocrat living in the 19th century during breakfast and dinner and regard that you didn't bring a suit with you. The facility is located near a tea field that you can visit, also the hotel organized a tour to the nearest tea factory which was also an excellent experience.

This was one of the most beautiful and welcoming hotels we have ever stayed at. Starting from the check-in and till the last minute of our stay, everything was perfect. Akila is the best hotel manager ever, he made our stay feel as home, we felt like we were visiting family house rather than staying at the hotel. The view is incredible, and you can watch birds and squirrels from the garden. The food was cooked by Akila himself, and this was the best food we had in Sri Lanka. Many activities to do around the hotel as well, Akila was very kind to take us on a guided hike tour with visiting a Hindu Temple. You can also visit Glenloch tea factory, which is a walking distance from the hotel, where you can experience tea plucking. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka, it will be just for visiting this amazing place again.

One of the best places we visited during our stay in Sri Lanka. They have fabulous rooms. This was one of the most beautiful and welcoming hotels we have ever stayed at. Starting from the check-in and till the last minute of our stay, everything was perfect. Akila is the best hotel manager ever, he made our stay feel as home, we felt like we were visiting family house rather than staying at the hotel. The view is incredible, and you can watch birds and squirrels from the garden. The food was cooked by Akila himself, and this was the best food we had in Sri Lanka. Many activities to do around the hotel as well, Akila was very kind to take us on a guided hike tour with visiting a Hindu Temple. You can also visit Glenloch tea factory, which is a walking distance from the hotel, where you can experience tea plucking. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka, it will be just for visiting this amazing place again.

Staff is very friendly, breakfast has many choices, great swimming pool (including pool guy), a large room with a jacuzzi, and great location with view on the mountains. There are many facilities from a swimming pool, to table football and pooling, although these are positioned quite isolated in the building.

One of the best hotels in the world. The most peaceful and beautiful setting. Relaxing, tranquil, quiet and the perfect place to end your day. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Delicious food and beautifully presented. Don't let the distance from Nuwala Eliya put you off, it's absolutely worth your stay to enjoy relaxing in the swimming pool and jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeing.

Wow best value for money. We got a personal number of one of the employees and he answered all of our questions in a minute. The food court was unbelievable and rich, the stuff was amazing. There is an indoor swimming pool and a kids area - just perfect. We would love to recommend it to anyone.

The grounds, building and views are amazing! The indoor swimming pool was serene - perfect temperature and enjoyed stunning viewing outside. The staff are incredibly attentive and they made it extra special for my mum’s 60th birthday. They made a lovely birthday cake and surprised us at dinner which was special. The buffet was very good, lots of choice and quality of food was excellent! Would 100% recommend if you are stopping by Nuwara Eliya as it’s their perfect stop over hotel :)
