This property is pound for pound the best value property I have ever stayed in. First of all, the 2 gents that work here are extremely helpful and polite and they went out of their way to ensure my stay here has been perfect - I had originally booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 3 and this is because of their hospitality. The view from the lake view room is beautiful overlooking the pool. The room is spacious, clean and has a fan and ac along with a kettle and towels. The swimming pool is warm and clean and just chilling at the deep end overlooking the lake was blissful in itself. The garden is also maintained to a very high standard. Because of the location there is minimal noise from the outside world and it was a great place to stay and relax after travelling around the Island.

I highly recommend this apartment! It’s close to the city center and all the main tourist attractions in Colombo. The view from the apartment and the pool is absolutely exceptional. You really feel at home in this apartment. And the supermarket is just a few steps away, which is super convenient. The apartment manager is also very kind and helpful.

We only stayed for one night but had a wonderful experience. The host, Ruwan, was very friendly and accommodating, even with our last-minute booking he made sure to be on time for check-in. We were warmly invited to a family dinner and enjoyed a delicious cup of tea with a snack in the morning. The pool was great, with a beautiful sea view, very private and peaceful. Definitely recommend!
