Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lounge area and the cutest cat ever living on the property. The hotel is located right next to other hotels but you still get the feeling of being in the forest. The barista makes good coffee and the restaurant food was also very nice.

Everything was just perfect! The hotel is located in a very beautiful nature area, overlooking the lake, mountains and the woods. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Staff very nice and always ready to answer any question or inquiry. Amazing breakfast buffet with anything for anyone, all tastes great. The sauna and hammam were clean and nice warm temperature. Good size swimming pool. Really good gym with many useful TechnoGym equipment, where it’s possible to have a good workout with lovely view to the beautifully maintained garden. All was just perfect! I travel often, but rarely I have seen standards like these’

Nice location in the pine forest. Bike road to the lake and around lake. Easy bike availability. Hot hamam and great pool (sometimes with waves-really good!) Reasonably good breakfast. Two water bottles in addition to the kettle. Food in Retrobar next to the hotel. Lake Schuch'e is cooler than Borovoe and cleaner. Reasonable wifi. Overall, nice place to stay.

It was a beautiful stay at the top of splendor, comfort and pleasure, the beautiful view of the forest, the picturesque nature, the weather was beautiful and quiet, and the natural beauty of the place, The hospitality was great, the cottages are excellent and comfortable for the whole family, the smell of wood is everywhere in the cottage, if we wanted something we were provided immedatlly. We felt valued as guests, and we had an amazing experience staying here. Everyone loved the place. I hope to come back again. It was beautiful quiet, comfortable mattress, clean bed. We slept wonderfully, a wonderful place for a family vacation, a large forest for a walk and fresh air, the children were happy to explore and roam in the forest, three good meals were served a day, the food was delicious prepared by the amazing and skilled cook as far as I know his name is (Ardak) Thank you, Ardak , I would like to thank Victoria, Dana, Elena and the rest, those who tried to serve us and satisfy us, they were very friendly, It was my greatest honor to get to know the owner, Mr. Ardak, and his family and his friendly relatives, he invited me to for fishing in the lake. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained.
