Staff were great and very welcoming. Hotel shuttle bus makes it convenient for early flights. Pillow menu was a nice touch.

The hotel was modern and close to the airport! The staff were outstanding, the gentleman at the front desk helped us order food after all other restaurants had closed. The beds were super comfortable, the room was spotless and the bathroom was 5 star. Very happy and would definitely return.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean too. Very convenient location with Lotte mall just right across the road and a train station 2-3 mins walk away. There was a convenient shop at level 1 of the hotel too for quick purchases.

We stayed here for our last night in Korea, before flying home the following morning, avoiding the traffic chaos of Seoul, ensuring we were on time for our flight!
