Staff were friendly, room was as pictured. Play area for kids was nice & by front desk. We also used the pool facility, you have to book a time but it was clean.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely place. The room was spacious and the view from my room was fantastic. Very close to the train station and restarants. The hotel offers best facilities to recover after a busy day: spa with great view and the convenient stores nearby to get anything necessary, most importantly both open all night! Very friendly and responsive stuff. I am looking forward to come back again in december!! :))

Fabulous hotel!! We stayed in the Prestige King Room and the views were just phenomenal!!! We loved the bath and shower and the staff were just so nice, they couldn't do enough for us. A great first stay for our honeymoon in Japan!

Big room , with lots of space, (we had the triple). Big luxurious bathroom with lots of goodies supplied daily (toothpaste and brush, hairbrush, skin care supplies, shower caps etc.). Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Great location (the train station is right outside the hotel). Kind, patient and helpful staff.
