The place is the perfect place to enjoy an amazing time. The place was extremely good looking with the facilities. It was clean though there was an annoying BBQ smell from previous guests (it was only in the BBQ space). I would recommend them to freshen up the smell. But apart from that it was amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Hotel surrounded by beautiful trees and lake Yamanakako with mount Fuji across the road. Really enjoyed relaxing in the onsen. There is a bar for drinks and all you can eat buffet with a large variety of tasty food. Highly recommend.
