The hotel onsen experiences are great and the meals are authentic

The fact that there was hot springs in the hotel! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, felt like a scene in a movie. There was a cute gift shop with a pond where there were koi fishes just swimming around! The hot spring was super clean and the beauty salon section where you can dry your hair provided such good facilities after you have a dip in the hot spring. The rooms were super spacious and the view was absolutely gorgeous! Staff was super friendly and helpful as well! It was only a few minutes walk away from the train station. Very easy walk, even when we had a lot of luggage with us and it was snowing. Highly recommend it if you're going to Takayama.

Tha lovley girl in the front desk should get a raise in her sallery. She was very patient and had a smile on her face no matter what. She stayed over time to help me in the check in process and made the exprience much much better. Also the rest of the team was also very kind and had big smiles 💜
