IndiaPerfect location with hotel just in front of Yamano hotel bus stop on the way from Hirayu to Shinhotaka ropeway. Great Japanese style welcoming staff with nice amenities inside the room. Hotel has different type of Onsen, indoor onsen separate for men and women, large open air mixed onsen (great for families), private open air onsen (1000 JPY for 30 mins). Access to the open air onsen area is through gandola which is bit different experience.
Also there are different indoor activities like board games, snooker etc. kept there for fun activities.
Overall had really great time there and definitely recommended.

She was very patient and had a smile on her face no matter what.
She stayed over time to help me in the check in process and made the exprience much much better.
