I really enjoyed my stay at Patina Osaka. The staff were warm and attentive, and everything from check-in to breakfast flowed smoothly. The interiors are calm, understated, and thoughtfully designed. As a music lover, I especially appreciated the vinyl-themed lounge and the dedicated listening room — a rare and special feature that adds a lot of character. A unique and relaxing place to stay.

W Osaka was situated only minutes from the famous Dotonbori street. The hotel itself is a fun and vibrant vibe. Rooms are extremely comfortable and the service at the hotel was exceptional. We stayed during Christmas and the only thing we didn't anticipate was that all the restaurants in the hotel would be booked out for the entire duration of our stay however the team at the W did do everything they could to assist us. Buffet breakfast was exceptional

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
