Location was wonderfully located at the heart of Kokusaidori. You are able to walk to both stops of Yui monorail lines (prefectural office and Miebashi). Also able to walk to Makishi market. Lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Very clean and spacious rooms with great facilities (coin laundry and access to private lounge). Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Staff are all very friendly even though there might be a language barrier, they tried their best to communicate.

Staying at EXES in Naha was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was top-notch - the location was prime- about 5 min walk the start of the busy area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. Would 100% stay again.

This hotel was the highlight of our entire Japan trip, the breakfast was so delicious with many varieties, the pool and hot springs were a great cool down and the ramen hour at night was superb. All staff were outstanding, the daily activities were so fun to do and the cleanliness was topnotch! We stayed on the 11th floor so the view was also a bonus :) I am coming back here again next year

The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool on the roof with a fantastic view of the sunset. As our room was located on the 12th floor, we had free access to the pool with amenities and free drinks included. The onsen within the hotel has excellent facilities.

The location is pretty good if you have plan to go to islands from Tomari port. It just takes less 5 min. The room is pretty small but there is a big dining space beside the reception. People are usually staying there. My husband and daughter went to the swimming pool and they liked it.

Fantastic location, placed on one end of Kokusai-dori and 5 mins walk from Makishi monorail station, travelling to-and-from the airport was easy. The hotel very obviously targets travelers with young children, with a soft play area in the lobby and ufo-catchers. You can choose from 5 different hardness of pillows from the lobby, and different types of shampoo and toiletries too! The swimming pool, while not huge, was great with young children.
