Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. I booked this hotel for a business trip. I usually don't stay in such nice places, but the price at the time of booking was very reasonable. My expectations were met and I had a very comfortable stay. I wish my business trip was longer so I could stay another night.

Great hotel with easy access from the airport and other parts of the city. Large, comfortable, modern. Very tasty breakfasts and incredible views from the windows. Comfortable bed, bathroom. The room has everything you need and even more. I was pleased with the presence of a shop with food (by the way very tasty) on the ground floor. I recommend this hotel and would like to return there again.

A lovely and very welcoming hotel, surprisingly easy to reach by train from Kansai airport. The onsen is fabulous, and breakfast superb. We would stay here again.
