The customer service was fabulous, especially from Suzuki who helped my father to communiate with our other hotel. Flower Palace room was spacious and clean. Hot Spring bath water was luxurious. There were so many relaxing lounges and spaces available to relax with a complimentary cup of tea and a book.

Nice Frank Lloyd Wright Architectural Style Hotel in wonderful garden with a fantastic view. The staff with their japanese gentle manner went out of themselves to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast was good and dinner was a fantastic exploration of japanese -italien fusion cuisine reasonably priced for the quality you got. The swimming pool and the onsen where food for the soul and we relaxed perfectly during our 4 day family stay. .

Set in Hakone’s natural beauty, Gora Kadan is located a 5-minute walk from Gora Station on the Hakone Tozan Line. Guests can leisurely soak in the hot spring bath, relax with a massage treatment.

Without doubt, this hotel is THE BEST hotel(also the highlight) during our entire trip in Japan and I am very glad that we chose this hotel for our first authentic Onsen Ryokan experiment. Every staff we met there was super friendly and very caring for the guests. They checked with us multiple times regarding the time for breakfast/diner, if we would need taxi service and they could help us to book etc. The mini bar is free with many choices(alcohol vs non-alcohol) and the room is spacious with a private onsen bath. Great place to relax! The food there was just amazing, we enjoyed every single dish(look like an art piece!) and the view of the restaurant was fantastic with the bamboo forest. An unforgettable experience and highly recommended!

The gracious service was impeccable. The room was what you would want of a traditional Japanese country inn. Then there was the beautiful outdoor onsen plus surrounding gardens. We also had massages that cured any tension we might have been carrying and dined at their steak restaurant which features delicious wagyu beef. All in all, a very relaxing and lovely experience.

Featuring both indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths, Hotel Okada offers Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful views of the mountains. Guests can relax in the sauna or request for massages.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel and I’ll help to advertise it on my television channel. My only regret was not staying longer. I would also like to add if they could allow a shuttle bus from Hakone Yumoto station, you’ll receive an endless supply of clientele. That would boost this hotel. I’ll most definitely will come back here again and with family. Thank you very much for a superb stay.
