The location is fantastic. We stayed only one night and it was a luxurious experience. The public baths on the rooftop were quiet and clean, with a small sauna room. The staff was very kind and helpful and let us leave the luggage after the check-out time to allow us to go around the city a bit.

The sushi restaurant and the bar in the roof are very good . All the staffs were super friendly . The temperature was really cold for two days and they passed out hot packs for guests on their way out.

Tatami room was beautiful and very comfortable for families with young children. Concierge staff were so helpful with everything from arranging equipment / furniture for children and securing restaurant bookings.
