Big comfortable beds, good breakfast clean place and a big space - free parking on site Just outside verone close to lake garda, quite place They have such a lovely pool outside and this amazing green grass and for bunos they have these 2 cute small dogs that sometimes walk around the property and are so friendly

This is a lovely, tastefully renovated villa with a beautiful garden, on a quiet residential street within reasonable walking distance from Verona's main attractions, restaurants etc. It has only four guest rooms (out of which we booked two), arranged around a spacious living-dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen at the guests' disposal, as well as free supply of good espresso, tea, cookies and soft drinks. A lot of love and attention have been put into the decor - an impressive and tasteful mix of old and new. The bedrooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable, with excellent shower rooms. Another nice touch is free access to Netflix and other streaming services. The garden, complete with a large open-air Jacuzzi, sun-bathing area, decked sitting area and olive trees, is lovely, and there is free parking for two cars on the premises and another two around the corner. Above all, the owner-manager, Francesco, is a great host, who was always available and provided us with all the advice and assistance we needed.

Breakfast was probably one of the best we will have on our roadtrip ( although we are just starting the trip), and the Latte Macchiato was top. The view is really stunning… and the pool tops it all…

The rooms are big and cold in the summer so is great to hide from the heat. The swimming pool is amazing for kids, loads of toys and a slide! Easy to find location, parking spaces available. Comfortable check in. Great to be in the Italian countryside. Would love to stay longer next time.

A charming hotel in a quiet and peaceful location. Tasty and fresh breakfasts. Friendly service. The view from the terrace over Verona - wonderful. Well-kept garden with a seawater swimming pool. The walk to the center of Verona took us only 15 minutes.

The hotel is located on the top of a hill overlooking Werona. Our room was on the ground floor with an external door to the backyard where you can enjoy great view driving coffee at the small table. Few meters away is a swimming pool with same view. In general hotel’s surrounding is well organized and pleasant. We had also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, nice place and tasteful meals.
