Exceptional accommodation with an amazing 360° view of the mountains 😊, of the lake. The villa was equipped with absolutely everything you need, access can be done by car, but also by stairs and you can reach the port quite quickly! The owner helped us a lot with recommendations and information that were very helpful, the communication and interaction with him was extremely good! Could not speak highly enough of this hotel. We had a fantastic stay. The view from the lakeside room was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them and anything we asked for they were more than happy to help us with. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and is out on a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. A/C in rooms which was a great help in the heat. The pool area was lovely and clean with a decent sized pool. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the ferry pick up point directly across from the hotel and bus service also picking up right outside the door. Ideal location for exploring other areas of the lake by ferry. Plenty of lovely restaurants only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The hostess was very communicative! She reached out well in advance to our stay and sent lots of information about the area and what to do. We made use of the airport shuttle service - very convenient! The property itself is lovely too, we enjoyed the pool and garden! Beautiful view of the mountains and it takes about 3 minutes walking to get to the lake. 10 minutes walking to the public beach for a swim. The apparent was sparkling clean and the towels + linen of great quality.
