We loved learning about the history of this incredible home! The location can't be beat as it sits overlooking the historical town of Orvieto, only a short drive away. There is another beautiful, historical town that sits on a hilltop only accessible by foot bridge called Civita, another must-see. There is so much to see and do in the area, including cave tours. If you'd rather a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy the surroundings, this is the place for you! There is a beautiful pool and hot tub, a patio area as well as an outdoor sitting area for those warmer days. There is a lovely area inside to curl up and wat h TV or read if you wish, and the bedroom is gorgeous, filled with amazing history with original 18th-century charm still in place.

Excellent all round. A little more parking would have been good. Our car was tapped on the last night. All facilities, location, rooms, Valentina and her family were amazing. We could even use the kitchen to cook a meal at night, and sit in the dining area, which we really appreciated.
