When choosing a place for a great holiday, aside from the mandatory “clean/quiet/organized/unpretentious/hot-water-does-not-run-out”, we have a checklist that helps: 1) small and family run, 2) has a garden and an uncrowded pool, 3) close to the sea, but away from the main street, 4) walking distance to the nearest town, 5) good food inside or close-by. This place checks all the boxes!!! If you are anything like us, you will enjoy it greatly. When we booked, there were not many reviews - and this boutique hotel bested our expectations. The owners Paola and Dario make you feel at home, as does the main waiter in the restaurant, Pino. Most recommended! The location: you are in a garden just above the sea, 100 m walk from a little beach, away from the main road. It is also a 10-15 min seaside walk to the cozy Forio - or 3 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to anywhere on the island. (Note that if you are coming from Napoli, you can take the ferry directly to Forio. Dario was very kind - he picked us up at the ferry. You really do not need a car in Ischia.) The hotel looks better in reality than in the photos. There are two pools: one regular large pool, one thermal hot water. The pool area is separated from the hotel by a garden and the dining terrace, so you do not hear the pool sounds in the rooms. The room was renovated and clean. Airconditioning is quiet and works well. The restaurant: The breakfast and lunch is served on the garden terrrace, the dinner is in a downstairs hall. We had two lunches and a dinner during our stay, all of which were really delicious and ample. For us, the food bested all other restaurants in Ischia.

This place is a slice of paradise. It was so beautiful. Our room was so spacious and clean. Our views were out of this world. The restaurant was delicious and all the staff were so attentive even when very busy. This is a 3star but i definatley would give it 4stars . We will be back.

This charming, family-run hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, catering to every guest’s needs, from personalized recommendations to accommodating special dietary requests. We had dinner included and food was also amazing, with typical recipes from Naples and Ischia. Both meat and fish dishes were served every other day. The hotel’s covered thermal pool is the perfect retreat, especially on rainy days. Located just a few meters from a public transport stop, it’s well-connected by Circular lines and Line 1, which offers frequent trips to Ischia port. The area boasts breathtaking surroundings, including a scenic 15-minute walk to the picturesque Sant’Angelo peninsula and easy access to the stunning Cavagrado beach nearby. During our stay, the small village of Succhivo (where the hotel is located) had loads of celebrations with fireworks and a stunning concert. Our bed was very comfortable and I would fall asleep in just a few minutes every day (and sleep like a baby 👶 ). Also, almost every other guest was a returning guest. I guess this last line says it all.

The views are absolutely amazing and even though it is not accessible, they have a private and free transfer that picks you up or leave you in the port whenever you call. The location is exceptionally beautiful! The swimming pool indoor and out door with thermal water very nice. Breakfast freshly prepared cakes by Peppe every morning. But above all the kindness warmness and hospitality of the owner and son Peppe and Sanny was just amazing! They guided us to visit the best place of the Island and I will definetly recommend this place to anyone who need a relaxing and joyful holiday!

I absolutely loved the resort's location! With around 15 apartments, each having its own outdoor seating, it strikes a perfect balance between privacy and warmth. The heated swimming pools were a real highlight, offering great comfort. The Italian charm 🇮🇹 is unmistakable, from the architecture to the overall atmosphere. The staff's service was top-notch. In short, if you're looking for a fantastic location, comfort, and genuine Italian vibes, this resort has it all!

Absolutely stunning property, with a jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, and a beautiful swimming pool. Plus a small outdoor gym! Me and my 16 year old daughter stayed here for 3 nights after travelling through Italy and it was the perfect opportunity to relax to end our trip. We mostly had the pool to ourselves for a few days. Rosario is fabulous, he uses google translate to communicate as I don’t think they have many English people stay; he booked us a taxi to the port and was always available to help.

We got a free upgrade to a room with a stunning view. We had access to many facilities such as an outdoor heated pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, private beach, and spa. There is also a hotel-organised shuttle to pick you up from the bus station near Ischia Port.
